Paul's background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Lynn University (formerly College of Boca Raton) and receiving high honors from the Academy of Culinary Arts (Atlantic City). His skills stem from a life-long passion for cooking and have been fine tuned with 20 years experience.
